CALL NOMI
Terms of Service
These terms apply when you create a Call Nomi account, purchase a plan or use the Call Nomi phone assistant.
Effective 10 September 2026
The service
Call Nomi provides an AI phone assistant, call handling, summaries, phone-number services and related account tools. AI responses can be incomplete or incorrect. You remain responsible for reviewing important information and for decisions made using the service.
Account responsibility
You must provide accurate information, keep access to your email and devices secure, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorised use. You must have authority to configure any business, phone number, forwarding destination or content used with your account.
Acceptable use
You must not use Call Nomi for unlawful, deceptive, abusive or harmful activity; unsolicited calling; emergency-service impersonation; security testing without permission; or infringement of another person's privacy or rights. You are responsible for call-recording notices and consents required by applicable law.
Phone numbers and availability
Number availability, activation timing and regulatory approval depend on telecommunications providers. A selected number is not guaranteed until ordered and activated. We may replace, suspend or withdraw a number where required by a provider, law, non-payment or misuse.
Subscriptions, GST and cancellation
Displayed Australian prices include GST unless stated otherwise. Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing period until renewal is cancelled. You can manage renewal and eligible plan changes from Billing. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not normally refund the current paid period. Usage charges and credits are governed by the plan shown at checkout.
Availability and urgent calls
Internet, cloud, carrier and AI services can be interrupted. Call Nomi is not an emergency service and must not be relied on for calls to emergency numbers, safety-critical communications, medical diagnosis or guaranteed message delivery.
Suspension and termination
We may pause or terminate service for non-payment, exhausted allowance without credit, misuse, security risk, provider requirements or breach of these terms. You may stop renewal through the billing controls. Legal, billing and security records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
Liability and governing law
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, OLE Pty Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost business or loss caused by third-party networks and providers. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
